Agave parryi var. huachucensis, also known as Huachuca Agave or Artichoke Agave, is a compact succulent with thick, blue-gray leaves that curve upward to form a dense, symmetrical rosette, each leaf tipped with a brown spine. Growing 2-3' tall and 2-3' wide, it can stand alone in small- to mid-sized containers and makes a lovely addition to low-water gardens.
