Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about ordering, minimums, shipping, and working with Micro Paradox.
Getting Started
- Who do you sell to?
- We sell wholesale only — to nurseries, greenhouse growers, and broker partners. Direct accounts are qualified based on order volume. If you work through a broker that sources from us, they manage the relationship on your behalf.
- How do I get started?
- Reach out through our Contact Sales form or Availability Request, or connect through a broker that works with us. We'll determine the right path — direct or broker-supported — from there.
Ordering & Minimums
- What is the minimum order?
- Minimum order is one box — three trays, with one tray per variety.
- What is the difference between ordering against availability and pre-booking?
- The process is the same. Pre-booking gives you earlier visibility into timing; availability listings indicate current lead times for material that is ready or near-ready.
- What lead times should I expect?
- Lead times vary by crop and season. Current lead times are indicated on availability listings. Contact us if you need to plan further ahead.
Products & Programs
- What crops and categories do you carry?
- We produce young plants and rootstock across ornamental, landscape, and specialty categories, including fruit and nut tree rootstock programs. Browse by category on the Young Plants & Rootstock page or use search to look up a specific crop.
- Do you offer breeder services?
- Yes — for vetted breeders, we offer elite germplasm maintenance, stock production, and global material distribution. See the Breeder Services page for full details.
Shipping & Delivery
- How do you ship?
- We ship by freight, FedEx, and UPS. Local pickup is also available. Certain shipments — particularly regulated or internationally distributed material — may require a phytosanitary certificate, which we coordinate.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, for certain material. International shipments require phytosanitary documentation, which we handle as part of our distribution coordination.
Production & Quality
- What are your production standards?
- All material is produced in-house — lab, greenhouse, and distribution under one roof. We coordinate with CSP Labs for pathogen screening on material of commercial concern.
