How Ordering Works
A straightforward process — whether you're ordering direct or through a broker partner.
- 1
Reach out
Contact our sales team directly or connect through a broker that works with us. Tell us what you're looking for — crop, volume, and timing.
Contact Sales - 2
We route your inquiry
We'll determine whether you're coming in as a direct account or through a broker. Direct accounts are qualified on order volume. Broker-supported orders are managed through your broker relationship.
- 3
Review availability
We share current availability and lead times for your crops of interest. Pre-booking works the same way — you get earlier visibility into timing rather than a different process.
Request Availability - 4
Confirm your order
Minimum order is one box — three trays, with one tray per variety. Once confirmed, we coordinate shipping by freight, FedEx, or UPS, or arrange local pickup.
- 5
Delivery
Most domestic shipments go out via freight, FedEx, or UPS. Some shipments — particularly internationally distributed or regulated material — may require a phytosanitary certificate, which we coordinate.
